Fox coloring page
The fox has several large parts that take colors of their own: the body, the big bushy tail, and the tip of the tail, which is marked off by a line. The muzzle is outlined as well, so it can be given another color.
That suits a child who is starting to use more than one color but still does better with large areas and few small details. There are only a handful of separate parts here, and all of them are big.
The fox can also be filled with a single color, there is no need to pick out the parts. Later the same page can be printed again and tried with a different combination.
The main outline measures 2.4 to 4.8 mm, and the fox fills roughly 70 to 82 percent of the page and sits in the center. There is no background, no forest, no frame and nothing else around it.
Under the picture is the word FOX in large outline letters. It can be colored too, and an adult can say the word out loud and point to it while the child colors.
