Questions parents ask
Do the drawings repeat from volume one?
No. The drawings are different. The difficulty deliberately stays the same, because at this age children want repetition of the format, not a harder challenge.
Is this a printed book or a download?

Will markers bleed through the page?
Each drawing sits on its own page, so a marker that bleeds only affects the back of that sheet. Slip a spare sheet of paper underneath if you use alcohol markers.

We run a separate reference site about first coloring books for ages 1 to 3. It explains the four stages of first drawing, what a page should look like at each one, and what is normal at the table at one, two and three years old. It has a free picker that names the stage your child is at now, ten pages you can print today, and it says plainly when a first coloring book is already too simple. This book is used there as a worked example, not as the answer to every case.
