Unicorn coloring page
The unicorn is built from a few large areas: the body, the head, the mane and the tail. The mane and the tail take wide strokes and can each have their own color. There is little fine detail. Even the stripes on the horn do not have to be colored one by one, a child who is just starting can fill the whole horn with a single color.
The main outline measures 2.4 to 4.8 mm, and the picture fills roughly 70 to 82 percent of the page and sits in the center. There is no background, no frame and nothing else around it, so all the attention stays on one large unicorn.
Under the picture is the word UNICORN in large outline letters. The letters can be colored too, and an adult can say the word out loud and point to it while the child colors.
